Funny how these companies make enough money from consoles yet whines about not making more. Basically make? f2p games with pay2win item shops to farm money off of.

Ok, ignore? the dozen or so games I just listed which all proved my point.

“Uhhh, are you an idiot? Most of those games aren’t even on today’s generation” Oh, look, you just made yourself a hypocrite! lol, Wouldn’t of expected much different from a retard such as yourself though.

“people can easily download any games today unlike before” That doesn’t mean shit, they still pirated like crazy you dumbass.

“at least 2008? with 2m+ sales” I’ll do no such thing, I’ve already proved my points.

  • chowderchowdown  says:

Wow, instead of proving your point, what you did is just call me names. Piracy at that time isn’t the same as today’s because people can easily download any games? today unlike before(or at least it is not as widespread as today).

Uhhh, are you an idiot? Most of those games aren’t even on today’s generation. I’d like to see if you could even name 10 PC games released from at least 2008 with 2m+ sales.

  • bud389  says:

“Piracy on PC at that time isn’t the same as today’s” lol, are you a fucking inbred, half-brained, half-functioning, aids-in-the-brain retard? Jesus christ that’s the stupidest fucking thing i’ve ever heard.

“but it is very rare nowadays for a PC game to get this kind of numbers” Starcraft 2, Half-Life 2, Counter Strike Source, Battlefield 2, Minecraft, Myst,? Dawn of War, Crysis, The Witcher, Age of Empires 3, Warcraft 3, Doom 3, Spore, SimCity 4, Guild Wars 2, WoW, all with 2m+ sales.

Console piracy isn’t much of a big deal when it comes to sales. Not much of a decrease when it comes to sales compared to PC.

Uhmm, Half-life? Are you stupid? That game was released in the 90s. Piracy on PC at that time isn’t the same as today’s. You give a good point on Diablo III, but it is very rare nowadays for a PC game to get this kind of numbers.? This just shows that there are still many PC gamers but very few of them buys legit.

  • bud389  says:

“console piracy isn’t a big deal” lol, is that why Sony flipped it’s shit when someone jail broke their console? And that’s because PC gamers know those console games are laughable shit, what self respecting PC player would BUY Black Ops? (Hell, I doubt they would even torrent it) LOL, NONE.

Hm, I guess that’s why Diablo 3 on one platform alone (PC) has sold over 8 million units right?? Or how about how Half-Life on PC alone has sold over 9 million? lol, stfu kid.

  • chowderchowdown  says:

Compared to pc, console piracy isn’t a big deal. Have you ever wonder why there’s so many PC players yet their sales isn’t even half tof what console gets?? Here are some examples, the following goes Ps3, Xbox, PC sales(million)
    AC2 5.08, 4.85, 0.26
    BlackOps 11.58, 13.59, 1.22
    GTA4 9.35, 9.38, 0.70

  • RebelForce8  says:

    no, they really? dont
most releases are buggy and unfinished, not to talk about just plain bad programming, level design, actor design, graphic design and terrible customer support and some of the WORST game interfaces i have ever seen

  • bud389  says:

Says the arrogant fucking idiot. “Essentially, you are saying that? game companies should stop making games for consoles” No, perhaps you are fucking blind or need to exchange your brain for one that wasn’t dick-raped. “the console piracy is barely even noticeable” It is noticeable, quit trying to minimalize it you fucking tart.

  • fyrenigata  says:

Wow, what an arrogant idiot you are. Essentially, you are saying? that game companies should stop making games for consoles, and focus solely on developing pc games? Think about what that would mean for the gaming industry, and gamers everywhere for a second.
And yes, there is piracy on consoles too, which is just as bad as pc piracy, but you can’t deny the fact that compared to pc piracy, the console piracy is barely even noticeable.

  • Chet Carlson  says:

(the other 5% just throw the bought copy they can’t get to work in the garbage)… So I leave you with the question, what does ubisoft and these other game devs gain by forcing everyone to pirate wether you pay or not????

  • Chet Carlson  says:

somewhere along the way the games i bought, not only ubisoft, wouldn’t install due to reinstalling windows, upgrading hardware, reinstalling the game itself, many other reasons i am sure, etc… why do pirated games work and bought copies do-not?? The answer is simple, the companies are now forcing people to pirate games, so they can say, look, 95% of people pirate games. so, you buy a game, can’t get it to install, get the crack to get the retail version you paid for to work….
