An Asian businessman has been convicted of murdering his brother after a bitter feud over their multi million pound business. Mohammed Azam Siddique ordered a Bulgarian hitman to carry out the killing at a flat in Glenrothes. The hitman and another accomplice were also found guilty after a long running trial. In other news; Judges have given a green light for work to start on the long awaited Aberdeen city bypass. They rejected a legal challenge by campaigners attempting to prevent the construction of the twenty eight mile Western Peripheral Route. But protestors may now take their case to the Supreme Court in London. And in sport; Craig Levein says he’s 100 per cent happier with his squad then he was when he took on the Scotland job two years ago. This episode has been edited for rights reasons.
