I believe from Meknes to Marrakech it is nearly 7hrs. and from Casablanca to Marrakech is about 3hrs.
The link below will take you directly to the ONCF train schedule where you can find exactly what you need there.
When it loads it will be in French but if you click near the top left you have the option of translating it to Arabic or English.
    Good Luck and enjoy Morocco!

Well it depends as some journeys are longer than others, also there are the trains which stop at each station and those straight through trains only stopping at a couple of stations.

    In my experience approximations:
    Meknes – Casablanca 3.5 hours
    Meknes Marrakech 6.5 hours
    Casablanca to Marrakech 3.5 hours

Bearing in mind there are about 4 train stations in Casablanca but only 2 go directly to Marrakech they are Casa Port and Casa Voyageurs.

The times may change a little due to Ramadan.

try looking at the timetable of ONCF it is in French but if you cant read french, just click on the station you want and the destination it goes onto the timetable where you can calculate times for yourself. Here is the link: http://www.oncf.ma/

Have you considered the coach? I took a coach from Sale to Marrakech took 3.45 hours which usually takes me 4.5 hours by train
