Death Valley Days lasted a long time in TV syndication. One of its last hosts, after the Old Ranger was dropped, was Ronald Reagan–who left the show early in 1966 to run for Governor of California. He won, and the rest was history…..

Death Valley Days? I don’t remember that. Abbott and Costello got on my nerves. His screaming. OMG!! The Honeymooners! I adored that show and I loved his orchestra. Mother had those 10 inch albums of his. Hoppy! Good old Hoppy. Art Linkletter. My Mother loved him and his books. Too bad they don’t run I Married Joan now. That was a great show. What about Our Miss Brooks?
